Upgrading KayPENTAX Acoustic Software

KayPENTAX continues to improve its acoustic products and to offer many of these upgrades to you at no additional cost. The recently released version 3.3 software features a new Voice Games program and updates to the Voice Range Profile (VRP) program.

The redesigned Voice Games boast seven new game themes and updates to three of our most popular games. The VRP program has been updated to include a wider amplitude range, improved frequency targeting, and the ability to support multiple reference templates.

Customers requesting a free copy of Speech Products Master Upgrade Rev K must provide the model number and software version of their product as the upgrade is not compatible with all older versions. Before running the Master Upgrade, make sure that your computer meets the larger memory requirements (than prior versions) to support the new features and rich graphics. The PC requirements vary depending on the operating system. To use the new Games with a computer running Windows XP, a minimum of 1 GB RAM (or 512 MB RAM and an installed graphics card) is needed. For Windows Vista, a minimum of 2 GB RAM (or 1 GB RAM and an installed graphics card) is required. Also, note that the new Games meet the same therapeutic objectives as the prior versions, but feature new characters such as dragons, dinosaurs, and penguins, and will completely replace your existing Games.
