FNL-7RP3 -
ULTRA SLIM DIAGNOSTIC
The distal tip is specially rounded
for minimal patient discomfort and a traumatic
introduction. This, combined with an ultra slim
2.4mm insertion tube, makes it ideal for children
and/or adults with severe strictures.
The Ultra-Miniature Fiberscope allows observation of
the Isthmus (Ostium of the Maxillary Sinus) which
might otherwise be difficult with conventional sized
instruments.
FNL-10RP3 -
DIAGNOSTIC
The
3.4mm distal tip is specially rounded for minimal
patient discomfort during trans-nasal introduction
and is well tolerated by younger patients and adults
for a wide range of examinations.
The FNL-10P3/10RP3 deflects 130° up and down to
allow complete examinations without the need to
invert the scope. The special tight bending radius
allows easy maneuverability within the nasopharynx.
FNL-15RP3
- THERAPEUTIC
A full 2.2mm instrument channel is
incorporated within the slim 4.9mm flexible
insertion tube. Reliable suction is controlled by a
convenient push button even when a biopsy forceps or
other accessory is being used. The enlarged image
has had significant improvement in resolution and
brightness.
The channel inlet has been positioned away from the
eyepiece, providing added safety for the operator's
eyes and reducing the risk of contamination. A
syringe of topical anesthetic can be injected while
viewing the target area.

High Resolution
with 40% More Fibers
Compared to previous generation PENTAX
Naso-Pharyngo-Laryngoscopes, a 40% increase in the
number of (fiber) optical elements has enhanced
their resolution even further. Combined with an
increased image size and brighter overall image,
these new fiberscopes allow for a more precise and
accurate examination.
20% Larger Image
A 20% larger image size provides a
more appealing image for better observation. The
enlarged and brighter optics minimizes eye fatigue
and thereby facilitates a more thorough and
effortless examination. (FNL-10RP3/15RP3)
Great Handling Characteristics
An
ergonomically designed and lightweight control head,
together with a slim and unique flexible insertion
tube, have instilled in these instruments
unsurpassed handling characteristics. Accurate
positioning and maneuvering of these instruments
required for excellent visualization during
examinations is possible while minimizing patient
discomfort.
